If you saw last night's Chuck then you already know it was not quality television. The direction was shoddy. The "twist" was lame. The character motivations and development were completely unrealistic (and that's even buying into the whole premise of the show as a given). The helicopter landing finale was laughable.
So why am I still watching Chuck? For Jayne...I mean...er...Adam Baldwin. Sure, sure, you could call his violent NSA character over the top but if you love Jayne...dammit I mean Adam Baldwin...then you don't care. It's who he is. It's what he does best. And it's such a guilty pleasure. If there was only some way to spin his character off into his own series, then the show would be perfect.

i love jayne... i mean casey too!
although i do like chuck. the characters (chuck and casey) are what's interesting me most- not necessarily the premise.
Who wins in a fight, Jayne or Casey?
It would likely turn into some eternal battle, filled with dirty tricks and witty banter.
